Georgia Corporate Entities Formed By Year
Corporate formations in Georgia rebounded significantly in 2011, according to data compiled by the Georgia Secretary of State. Domestic formations increased 6.7 percent to reach the highest annual level since 2007. Formations by foreign-based entities increased 13.5 percent, which resulted in the highest annual foreign formations since 2008.
