Quality of Talent: Georgia's Technology Decision Makers rated the skills of the state's technology workforce as a 7.67 on a 10-point scale. Talent quality is perceived to be slightly improving from a 7.59 score last year. In fact, in our 2018 study, 61% of respondents gave a score of 8 or above which is slightly up from 56% in our 2017 study.
