Attitudes towards innovation in Georgia did not change significantly since last year. Decision makers still believe Georgia has a strong knowledge culture and the state is fostering a culture that appeals to an emerging workforce. However, leaders do not believe established Georgia businesses do a good job of fostering and promoting start-ups.
