Georgia Population Growth Projections – 2010-2030

Over the next two decades, Georgia’s population is projected to grow by an additional 4.6 million people.  These projections represent a 46% increase, from 10.1 million people to 14.7 million people by the year 2030. Although the growth rate for this period is lower than the very rapid growth experienced during the 1990s, it is similar to the pace of growth posted during the most recent decade of 2000-2009.
